By accessing or using Flat Glass Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Flat Glass Pro provides cloud-based business management software exclusively for flat glass window tinting. Features include quoting, film inventory, cut planning, lead capture, and team management tools.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be 18 years or older to use this service.
4. Subscription and Billing
We offer a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. Following the trial, access requires a monthly subscription (standard pricing is $100/mo, with early adopter pricing available). Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service. You shall not use the service for any illegal purposes, attempt to access other users' data, or reverse engineer any part of the software.
6. Your Data
You retain full ownership of all business data you enter into Flat Glass Pro. We claim no rights to your business data. You are entirely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter into the service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Flat Glass Pro service, its features, and original content are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of our service.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. In no event shall Flat Glass Pro be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall be limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service without prior notice.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Your continued use of the service following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
